The lure of the mountains, less severe winters and being closer to our daughter's family prompted us to downsize and head West to Colorado in 2014. My wife and I grew up in the Midwest (Iowa/Minnesota) and we raised our three children there. Four of us attended Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. Over the years I have helped many people achieve their financial goals and dreams through a banking and real estate career, My real estate involvement has included commercial brokerage and leasing along with residential tenant placement and property management.
